Cabochon ruby and diamond ring. 18ct yellow gold, Italy, circa 1980s. A large cabochon ruby in a four-claw setting above a vertical line of baguette-cut diamonds, the bombé mount pavé-set throughout. Signed Bulgari. The ruby with no indication of heating.
