Bulgari Ruby and Diamond Ring

A substantial cabochon ruby and diamond ring in platinum

A striking Bulgari ring centred by a large oval cabochon ruby of rich red colour, raised above a substantial surround of brilliant-cut diamonds. The ruby is held by prominent platinum claws, the diamond-set shoulders continuing into a plain platinum shank. Signed BVLGARI. The mount bears a French import assay mark for platinum, 850/1000.
